ENGINEERED PERFORMANCE
Performance Begins with the Structure of the Net
The continuous weave is engineered as one flexible protection surface—balancing capture behavior, structural loading and site integration.
01
Controlled Capture
Flexible mesh surrounds and restrains small UAVs, helping contain debris and absorb interception energy progressively.
02
Lower Structural Load
High-tenacity synthetic fibers provide useful strength at low system weight, reducing demands on frames, cables and nearby infrastructure.
03
Non-Metallic Integration
Non-metallic PP, HDPE, nylon and polyester configurations suit sites operating radar, GPS and communication equipment where a rigid metal barrier is undesirable.
04
Adaptable Wide-Area Coverage
Scalable panels, multiple edge finishes and project-specific dimensions accommodate long spans and complex installation geometries.
ENGINEERING NOTE
Final performance depends on mesh opening, rope diameter, span, support design and environmental loading.

Mesh Selection Quick Guide
Choose the opening against the smallest drone you need to stop, then balance it against wind, ice and visibility.
| Mesh opening | Typical use | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Fine | Events, venues, indoor spaces; smallest drones | Gray flame-retardant PP is common; higher wind load |
| Medium | Overhead canopies and corridors against small quadcopters and FPV (Group 1) | Most frequently specified range for general protection |
| Large | Side screens and stand-off barriers, e.g. storage tank side nets | Lower wind load and easier ice shedding; for larger airframes |
| Custom | Special threats or combined uses | Confirmed by engineering review |
Bespoke Customization Capabilities for Your Knotless Drone Net Project

Choose the fiber that fits the threat, the span and the site: polypropylene (PP) for the lowest weight and cost, HDPE for long outdoor life, polyester (PES) for low elongation and UV resistance, or nylon (PA6) for higher elasticity and energy absorption. All yarns are UV-stabilized; material selection is confirmed against the defined drone threat in an engineering review.

Every security project is different. We supply standard rolls, large finished panels with sewn edge rope, or custom dimensions for large overhead canopies and perimeters. Specify the mesh opening (standard and custom openings) so that it is smaller than the smallest dimension of the target airframe.

Knotless nets are interlaced at each crossing without a knot, giving a smooth, uniform mesh with lower weight and wind drag, no knot protrusions and a mesh that stays square on large spans. Where node strength and mesh stability under repeated load matter more, we recommend our knotted construction.

Finishing options include UV stabilization (outdoor service life depends on site UV exposure), flame-retardant grades available on request, heat-setting for dimensional stability, and colors for low visibility: transparent, gray, black or olive.

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Synthetic net production: UV-stabilized filament extrusion → twisting → stranding → weaving → heat-setting → cutting & sewing → QC & packing.
Each roll or panel is labeled with specification and batch number; batch records follow the product to site.
12-step in-line quality system under our ISO 9001 quality management framework.
Third-party testing can be arranged per project.
